Chatbox Currently, CN ShopZone offers a public group chat called Chatbox, where all visitors are welcome to join the conversation. For logged-in users, their names will be displayed, allowing for easier interaction. We are actively working on introducing private chat options for business pages, enabling direct communication between buyers and sellers. When a buyer visits a product listing, they will be notified of the business owner’s availability for chat. Buyers will then have the option to initiate a private chat with the seller or arrange a meeting at a specific time for further discussion. |
