Business owners have full control over the visibility of their contact information. By default, business contact details—such as email addresses—are kept private unless the business owner explicitly chooses to display them. This option is available during registration in our Business Directory and can be updated at any time. This ensures businesses can protect their privacy while still effectively engaging with potential customers.

Buyer & Seller Contact Information

Both buyers and sellers have full control over their contact privacy. When inquiries are made about a product or service on our platform, neither party's email address is disclosed. Messages are securely routed through our system, allowing sellers to respond at their discretion. All communication is facilitated through our site's private messaging system.

Security Measures:
To protect sellers from spam or harassment, buyers are limited to sending two emails without a response. Further contact can only occur after the seller replies, ensuring a balanced and respectful communication process.

User-Business Connections

CNShopZone enables secure communication between users and businesses without the need to disclose personal contact details. Users can contact businesses directly through our platform, ensuring business information remains private unless the business owner chooses to make it visible.

Optional Disclosure

Business owners have the option to publicly display contact details—such as email addresses or phone numbers—on their Business Directory listings. If a business owner decides to share this information, it will be accessible to users on the platform. CNShopZone is not responsible for the use of contact information voluntarily made public by the business owner. Business owners can also remove their Directory Listings at any time through their Control Panel, with immediate effect.

Data Protection

We take the privacy of all users and business owners seriously. Any personal information collected by CNShopZone is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is only used to provide services, such as facilitating secure communication between users and businesses.
